Roles are assigned on a first-sign-up, first-choice-of-roles basis. This immersive experience requires a minimum of 12 participants & a maximum of 24.

50% deposit due at time of booking. Contact TeaTravellersSocietea@gmail.com to register. Balance due 30 days before event, refundable as follows:
  • 166-180 days prior to event - 100% of deposit refunded
  • 151-165 days prior to event - 90% of deposit refunded
  • 136-150 days prior to event - 80% of deposit refunded
  • 121-135 days prior to event - 70% of deposit refunded
  • 106-120 days prior to event - 60% of deposit refunded
  • 91-105 days prior to event - 50% of deposit refunded
  • 76-90 days prior to event - 40% of deposit refunded
  • 61-75 days prior to event - 30% of deposit refunded
  • 46-60 days prior to event - 20% of deposit refunded
  • 31-45 days prior to event - 10% of deposit refunded
  • 30 days prior to event - no monies refunded 

If final number of participants drops below minimum required number, the event will be cancelled and your paid monies refunded. Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any additional inconvenience.
